1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the ReDiscover Television platform, website, and mobile applications (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
2. Description of Service
ReDiscover Television is a streaming entertainment platform that provides users with access to films, series, and other video content ("Content"). The Service may include free and premium content, with premium content accessible through coin purchases, series purchases, or VIP subscription plans.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. When creating an account, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and update your information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account. If you are under 18, you represent that you have parental or guardian consent to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
The Service offers various access models including free content, coin-based unlocks, series purchases, and VIP subscription plans.
4.1 VIP Subscriptions
VIP subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
4.2 Coins and Purchases
Coins purchased on the platform do not expire. Once an episode or series is unlocked using coins, access is permanent for your account. All coin purchases and series purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
4.3 Pricing Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing and coin package pricing at any time. For active subscribers, price changes will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle following notice of the change.
5. Content and Licensing
All Content available through the Service is owned by or licensed to ReDiscover Tech, LLC. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to stream Content for your personal, non-commercial use.
You agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Content
- Download, record, or capture any Content by any means
- Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use the Content for any commercial purpose
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security or access control features
- Share your account credentials with others or allow simultaneous streaming on unauthorized devices
6. User Conduct
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not:
- Use the Service to violate any applicable law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or computer systems
- Transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code
- Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable.
You may delete your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Any coins, unlocked content, or subscription time remaining at the time of termination due to your violation of these Terms will be forfeited.
8. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and branding, is and remains the exclusive property of ReDiscover Tech, LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
9. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any content. Content availability may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REDISCOVER TECH, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReDiscover Tech, LLC, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
